Why connect a platform
A connected platform delivers statistics automatically, so earnings and activity appear in BeMetrix without anyone retyping them. Everything downstream — dashboards, splits, payouts — gets more accurate as a result.
Where to set it up
Open Integrations in your workspace. Each platform card shows its connection state and, once connected, when data was last received.
What a connection needs
Platforms issue their own API credentials from the creator's account settings. You paste those credentials into BeMetrix; we store them for that connection only and use them to read statistics.
What stays manual
Not every platform exposes an API for every metric. Where data cannot be read automatically, record it at shift completion instead — the reporting layer treats both sources the same way.
Per-creator connections
Integrations are configured per creator, because the credentials belong to the creator's platform account. Disconnecting a creator stops the sync for them without affecting anyone else.
