Acceptable Use Policy

You may not upload, store, share or process any content that:

Involves Minors

• Depicts, suggests or sexualizes anyone under 18 years of age
• Includes minors in adult content contexts in any way
• This is enforced with zero tolerance — violations result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities

Lacks Consent

• Depicts non-consenting individuals
• Was created or shared without proper authorization from all parties
• Violates anyone's right to privacy or right of publicity

Is Illegal

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Promotes or facilitates illegal activity
• Contains stolen, fraudulent or illegally obtained material

Infringes Rights

• Violates intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, etc.)
• Misappropriates someone else's identity, work or likeness
• Contains unauthorized branded or licensed material

Is Harmful

• Contains malware, viruses or malicious code
• Promotes violence, harassment or discrimination
• Contains hate speech or content targeting protected groups

Identity documents and adult media

The Service must not be used as a repository for identity documents, age-verification records, or adult photo/video material. BeMetrix does not host or moderate adult content and does not verify the age of performers; those responsibilities rest entirely with the customer, as set out in the Terms of Service.

You may not engage in the following activities while using the Service:

Spam and Abuse

• Sending unsolicited bulk messages or notifications
• Phishing attempts or impersonation
• Creating fake accounts or using stolen credentials

System Abuse

• Attempting to bypass security measures or access controls
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling or disassembling the Service
• Exploiting vulnerabilities or testing security without permission
• Interfering with the Service's normal operation
• Overloading the Service with automated requests or traffic

Unauthorized Access

• Accessing accounts that are not yours
• Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the Service

Reselling and Redistribution

• Reselling access to the Service without our written permission
• Redistributing the Service or its components
• Using the Service to provide competing services
• White-labeling without authorization (Enterprise plans only with agreement)

Data Scraping

• Scraping, harvesting or extracting data without authorization
• Using bots, crawlers or automated tools to access the Service
• Building databases of users or data extracted from the Service

Misrepresentation

• Providing false information during registration or use
• Falsifying age, identity or qualifications
• Impersonating other users or platform staff

To maintain the integrity and reliability of BeMetrix:

• Use the Service only for its intended purpose
• Do not attempt to manipulate metrics, analytics or AI features
• Do not exploit bugs, glitches or unintended behaviors for personal gain
• Report security vulnerabilities responsibly to security@bemetrix.com
• Do not interfere with other users' ability to use the Service

We monitor the Service for unusual patterns and may investigate any activity that appears to violate this policy.

How Violations Are Handled

When we detect or receive reports of violations, we may take any of the following actions:

1. Warning: First-time minor violations may receive a warning
2. Content removal: Removal of violating content
3. Feature restrictions: Temporary suspension of specific features (e.g., AI tools)
4. Account suspension: Temporary loss of access pending investigation
5. Account termination: Permanent removal from the Service
6. Legal action: Reporting to authorities for serious violations

Severity

We assess violations based on:

• Nature and severity of the violation
• Whether it was intentional or accidental
• Pattern of repeated violations
• Impact on other users, the platform or third parties
• User's history and good-faith engagement

Appeals

If your account is suspended or terminated, you may appeal by contacting legal@bemetrix.com. We will review appeals in good faith but reserve the right to make final decisions.

Zero-Tolerance Violations

The following result in immediate, permanent termination without warning:

• Content involving minors
• Content created without consent
• Coordinated fraud or abuse
• Illegal activity

If you become aware of a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it.

How to Report

Send a report to abuse@bemetrix.com with the following information:

• Description of the violation
• Location within the Service (URL or specific area)
• User account involved (if known)
• Any supporting evidence (screenshots, links, etc.)
• Your contact information

Anonymous Reports

We accept anonymous reports but may be limited in our ability to follow up.

Confidentiality

We treat reports confidentially and protect reporter identities to the extent possible.

Response Time

We aim to acknowledge reports within 1–2 business days and investigate promptly. Urgent matters (such as those involving minors) are prioritized.
