Troubleshooting data sync

A checklist for when numbers are missing, delayed or do not match the platform.

Work through these in order — the cause is usually found in the first two steps.

    1. Check the period and timezone

Platforms report in their own timezone. A session that started at 23:40 local time can land on the previous day in the platform's own report. Compare the same boundaries before concluding data is missing.

    2. Check the integration status

Open Integrations. A card that shows an error or an old "last received" timestamp is the problem. Re-verify the credentials — tokens are sometimes revoked when a creator changes their platform password.

    3. Check for missing shift completions

Hours and some earnings come from completed shifts. An uncompleted shift produces a real gap in reporting. The morning brief lists these.

    4. Check the filters on screen

Creator, platform and status filters persist while you navigate. A total that looks wrong is often a total that is filtered.

    5. Still wrong?

Note the creator, the exact period and the value you expected, and send it to support. Concrete numbers get a concrete answer; "the stats look off" does not.
