Which platforms BeMetrix works with
How platform coverage works, and what to do when yours is not integrated natively.
BeMetrix is platform-neutral. It is built to consolidate the numbers of any streaming platform your creators work on, and it does that through three complementary routes.
Native integrations
The major platforms that publish an official API are supported directly. You connect a creator's account once with the credentials the platform issues, and statistics arrive on their own. The list of available cards is visible in Integrations inside your workspace and grows over time.
Desktop sync app
Platforms without a public API — a large share of the industry — are covered by the Bemetrix Desktop Sync App for Windows. It reads the statistics pages you are already logged into in Chrome, so no additional access has to be requested from the platform.
CSV import
Everything else is handled by CSV import, including regional platforms, direct fan payments and historical periods.
Why we do not publish a brand list here
The public help centre stays generic on purpose. Inside the product you always see the exact set of integrations available to your workspace, kept current — that is the authoritative list, not a marketing page.
Mixing routes is normal
A studio might use a native integration for one platform, the sync app for two more and CSV for a legacy period. Everything lands in the same reporting layer, so splits, payouts and analytics stay consistent.
Missing something?
Tell support which platform you need and how you currently export its data. Requests with a sample export are the ones that move fastest — see contacting support.
