Plans explained
How BeMetrix plans are structured and how to pick the right one for your team size.
Plans differ mainly by how many creators you manage and how much AI usage is included. The plan cards on the pricing page always show the current, live values — that page reads the same plan data the billing system uses, so what you see is what you are charged.
What a plan controls
- Creator seats — how many active creators the workspace can hold.
- AI allowance — how many AI generations (profile copy, insights, assistant answers) are included per period.
- Team roles — how many operators, staff or salespeople you can invite.
Solo vs studio
A solo creator plan covers a single working account with the full schedule and finance toolset. Studio plans add team management, splits and payout batches.
Changing plan
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Billing. Card upgrades are prorated: you pay the difference for the remaining period instead of starting a new cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period so you keep what you already paid for.
Before you upgrade
If you are only short on AI generations, check AI limits first — the limit resets each period, and a different plan is not always the answer.
