How the trial works
The 14-day free trial on every paid plan: what is included, what happens at the end and how to continue.
14 days, full product
The trial lasts 14 days and gives you the real product, not a demo. Schedules, finance, team invites, payouts and reporting all work, and any data you enter stays in the account after the trial ends. The end date is shown in the subscription banner on your dashboard so it is never a surprise.
Starting a card trial requires a payment card. Nothing is charged during the 14 days, you can cancel at any moment from Billing, and we remind you before the trial ends.
Every paid plan — Solo Pro, Solo Max, Studio Basic, Studio Pro and Studio Enterprise — starts with a 14-day free trial. Solo Free is free for your first month only; after that, choose a paid plan to keep using BeMetrix — see plans explained.
One free period per account
Each account gets one free period: either the Solo Free month or the 14-day trial on a paid plan — not both. After the Free month, paid plans start right away without a trial; after a trial, the Free month is no longer available.
What happens at the end
When the 14 days are over the workspace switches to a limited state: your data remains, but actions that depend on an active subscription are paused until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted because a trial expired.
Starting a subscription
Open Billing → Manage subscription and pick a plan and a billing cycle (monthly or annual — annual is cheaper). You can pay by card or with cryptocurrency. Card payments activate the workspace immediately; crypto activates once the transaction is confirmed on-chain.
Paying before the trial ends does not waste the remaining days — the paid period is added on top.
