What counts as a generation
Each assistant answer, each profile generation and each insight run consumes one unit of the plan's AI allowance. Reading previously generated text costs nothing.
When the allowance runs out
The feature explains that the limit has been reached and shows what your options are. Nothing else in the workspace is affected — schedules, finance and payouts keep working normally.
Resetting
The allowance resets with each billing period. If you frequently run out in the last week of the period, a larger plan is likely cheaper than the time you lose.
Using fewer generations
- Ask one specific question rather than several vague ones.
- Generate profile copy after you have collected all the inputs, not in fragments.
- Rely on the daily brief instead of asking for the same summary manually.
