AI limits and allowances
How AI usage is counted, what happens when you run out and how to use less.
What counts as a generation
Each assistant answer, each profile generation and each insight run consumes one unit of the plan's AI allowance. Reading previously generated text costs nothing.
When the allowance runs out
The feature explains that the limit has been reached and shows what your options are. Nothing else in the workspace is affected — schedules, finance and payouts keep working normally.
Buying more (top-ups)
If you run out before the month ends, buy a pack on top of your plan:
- AI credits: 1,000 — $14.90, 3,000 — $39.90, 10,000 — $119.90.
- Promo images: 20 — $16.90, 50 — $24.90, 150 — $59.90.
A pack is used only after your plan's monthly allowance runs out; packs with the nearest expiry go first. Each pack is valid for 12 months. Pay by card or crypto.
Top-ups are available on paid plans. In a studio the owner buys them, and the whole studio — the owner and all models — uses them together. Buy in Settings → Billing → Top-ups, or with the "Buy credits" / "Buy images" button when a limit is reached.
Resetting
The allowance resets with each billing period. If you frequently run out in the last week of the period, a larger plan is likely cheaper than the time you lose.
Using fewer generations
- Ask one specific question rather than several vague ones.
- Generate profile copy after you have collected all the inputs, not in fragments.
- Rely on the daily brief instead of asking for the same summary manually.
