Refunds and annual billing

The refund policy in practice, and what changes when you pay for a year instead of a month.

    Annual billing

Every paid plan can be billed monthly or annually, and annual is the cheaper option — the effective monthly price is lower and the discount is shown next to the annual toggle on the pricing page. The features are identical; only the price and the renewal date change.

Annual billing suits teams with a stable creator count. If your roster changes often, monthly keeps you flexible — you can switch cycles later from Billing.

    Switching between cycles

Moving from monthly to annual takes effect at once and is prorated for card payments: the value left on your monthly period is applied to the annual price. Moving from annual back to monthly takes effect at the end of the year you already paid for.

    Refunds

The binding rules are in the refund policy. In practice:

    • Card payments — a refund request for a recent charge is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, when granted, is returned to the same card. Refunds cannot be sent to a different card or account.
    • Crypto payments — crypto transactions are irreversible, so a granted refund is issued as account credit or as a payout to a wallet address you confirm, in the same asset. Network fees and exchange-rate differences are not compensated.
    • Trials — a trial is free, so there is nothing to refund. Cancel before it ends and you are never charged.
    • Unused time — cancelling stops the next renewal; the period you already paid for runs to its end instead of being refunded pro rata.

    How to request one

Write from the owner account through /contact or to support@bemetrix.com with the payment date, amount, method and — for crypto — the transaction hash. See contacting support.
