Paying a trial with crypto
A short note on starting and converting a trial when you pay in cryptocurrency instead of by card.
The trial length is the same whichever way you pay — see how the trial works for what the trial includes and when it ends. This note only covers the crypto path.
Starting
Open the plan selection screen or Billing, choose crypto as the payment method and start the trial; the workspace activates immediately.
Converting to a paid plan
Before the trial ends, open Billing and pay for the plan with crypto. Follow the asset and network shown at checkout — see paying with cryptocurrency. Because crypto payments activate only after network confirmation, start the payment a day early rather than on the last evening.
If nothing is paid
The workspace pauses subscription-dependent actions but keeps all data. Complete a payment and everything resumes exactly where it was.
