Crypto is a first-class payment method in BeMetrix, available both on the plan selection screen and in Billing.
How it works
- Choose a plan and select Pay with crypto.
- We create a payment for the plan amount and show you the address, network and exact amount.
- Send the payment from your wallet using the exact network shown.
- The payment is tracked automatically; once it is confirmed, the subscription activates.
Things that matter
- Network — sending on a different network than the one displayed can make funds unrecoverable.
- Amount — send the exact amount; wallet fees deducted from the amount can leave the payment short.
- Time — confirmation depends on the network, not on us. Busy networks take longer.
After payment
The payment appears in your unified billing history next to card payments, with its status. If a payment stays unconfirmed for an unusually long time, send us the transaction hash and we will trace it.
