Retention radar

Spotting creators whose activity is slipping before they leave.

    What it shows

Retention radar surfaces creators whose recent activity has changed in a way that usually precedes churn: fewer worked hours, a drop in earnings per working day, more missed or cancelled shifts.

    How to read it

The radar is a prompt to talk to someone, not a verdict. A drop can mean illness, exams, a platform change or a competing offer — the data tells you where to look, the conversation tells you why.

    Suggested routine

    1. Open the radar once a week.
    2. For each flagged creator, open their profile and check the period statistics and transactions.
    3. Have the conversation while the change is small.

    Data quality

The radar depends on completed shifts and recorded transactions. If completions are being skipped, healthy creators can look like they are slipping — fix the records first.
