Where they live

Open Notifications → Settings in your workspace. The screen lists the events available for your role, grouped by area: schedule, finance, team, AI and system.

Per-role events

Different roles get different events. A studio owner can be notified about payout approvals and new candidates; a creator about shift assignments and confirmations; a salesperson about lead activity. You only see the switches that apply to you.

Bulk actions

Each group has select-all and clear-all controls, so turning off a whole area takes one click instead of twenty.

Recommended setup

• Keep schedule notifications on — they are time-critical.
• Keep payout and withdrawal notifications on if you handle money.
• Turn off informational digests if you already start the day with the morning brief.

In-app vs email

In-app notifications appear in the bell menu. Email is used for events that need action when you are not in the app.
