Getting earnings in without manual entry

The slowest part of running a multi-platform studio is data entry. Every platform reports differently, and someone has to reconcile it all before any decision can be made. Our integration work is aimed squarely at removing that step.

Two ways data arrives

Direct API connections

Where a platform offers an API, BeMetrix connects to it with credentials you control. Statistics and events are pulled on a schedule and written against the right creator and period, so earnings and activity appear without anyone copying numbers.

Connecting an account takes three steps: add the platform account to the creator's profile, paste the tokens for statistics and events, and confirm the account. The connection is verified when you save it, so a bad token fails immediately instead of silently producing empty reports.

Structured import

Not every platform exposes an API. For those, a structured CSV import maps a platform export onto creators and periods. It is less automatic than an API connection, but it keeps every source inside one dataset — which is the part that actually matters for reporting.

Why one dataset matters more than any single integration

Once earnings from every source live in the same place, several things become possible at once:

• Payouts calculated across all sources, not one platform at a time.
• Earnings per working hour that reflect total income rather than a fragment.
• Trends per platform, so schedule decisions rest on your own numbers.
• Creator-facing views showing the same figures management sees.

Practical notes

• Use separate credentials per creator account; shared credentials make attribution impossible and revocation painful.
• Verify a connection right after adding it, then check the first synced period against the platform's own report.
• Where a platform's currency differs from your reporting currency, confirm the conversion behavior before you rely on totals.

Integrations are plumbing. Nobody is inspired by plumbing — but a studio that stops spending its evenings on spreadsheets has bought back the most expensive resource it has.
