The BeMetrix mobile app

Installing the iOS and Android app, signing in, push notifications and how it differs from the web.

BeMetrix has a mobile app for iOS and Android, built for the things you do away from a desk: checking the day, confirming shifts and reacting to notifications.

    Installing

Download it from the App Store or Google Play and open it. It is the same account system as the web — there is no separate mobile registration.

    Signing in

Sign in with the email or username and password you already use. If two-factor authentication is enabled, you are asked for the six-digit code from your authenticator app, exactly as on the web. Sessions persist, so you normally sign in once per device.

    Push notifications

Allow notifications when the app asks, then choose which events reach you in Notifications → Settings. Push is the fastest channel for time-critical events: a shift starting, a request needing a reply, a payout waiting for approval. The same settings control web and mobile, so you do not maintain two lists.

What the app is good at

    • Today's schedule and completing a shift right after it ends.
    • Earnings and the current period at a glance.
    • Notifications and quick replies to requests.
    • The Be assistant and the morning brief.

What is better on the web

Bulk work stays on the desktop: building a whole month's schedule, configuring splits, running payout batches, deep analytics with custom periods and exports. The mobile app is deliberately focused rather than a shrunken copy of everything.

    Data and security

The app talks to the same backend with the same role-based access rules, so a creator sees only their own data there too.
