Recovering access to your account

Password reset, the recovery link and what to do when 2FA is unavailable.

    Resetting a password

    1. On the login screen choose Forgot password.
    2. Enter the email address on the account.
    3. Open the link in the email. It brings you to the reset screen with a valid recovery session.
    4. Set a new password and sign in.

The link is single-use and time-limited. If it expires, request a new one — reusing an old email link is the most common reason a reset appears to fail.

    Lost 2FA device

If you can still sign in on another verified session, disable and re-enable 2FA from Settings → Security with a new device. If you cannot sign in at all, contact support from the registered email address. We verify ownership before removing a second factor; expect that to take some back-and-forth, because the alternative is an account anyone could take over.

Lost access to the email address

Write to support from any address and include details only the account owner would know: workspace name, approximate registration date, plan and recent payment method.
