One combined history
Billing → History shows card payments and crypto payments in a single list, newest first. Each row carries the date, amount, method, plan and status, so you do not have to reconcile two separate sources.
Statuses you may see
- Paid — the payment succeeded and the period is active.
- Pending — a crypto payment is waiting for network confirmation.
- Failed — a card charge was declined or a crypto payment expired unpaid.
Invoices
Card payments have downloadable invoices in the customer portal, reachable from Manage subscription. For crypto payments we can issue a document on request — write to support with the payment date and amount.
Accounting exports
If your accountant needs the whole period rather than single documents, use the finance export in the analytics area; it covers business transactions, while billing history covers what you paid us.
