One combined history
Billing → History shows card payments and crypto payments in a single list, newest first. Each row carries the date, amount, method, plan and status, so you do not have to reconcile two separate sources.
Statuses you may see
- Paid — the payment succeeded and the period is active.
- Pending — a crypto payment is waiting for network confirmation.
- Failed — a card charge was declined or a crypto payment expired unpaid.
Invoices
Card payments have downloadable invoices in the customer portal, reachable from Manage subscription. For crypto payments we can issue a document on request — write to support with the payment date and amount.
Accounting exports
If your accountant needs the whole period rather than single documents, use the export flow described in exporting your data; it covers your business transactions, while billing history covers what you paid us.
