What it is
Coaching chat is a conversation focused on your performance rather than on operating the app. It works with your own numbers: hours, earnings, patterns across the period.
Good questions to bring
- "Which of my time blocks earn the most per hour this month?"
- "My earnings dropped last week — what changed in the data?"
- "Help me plan a realistic schedule for next week given how much I actually worked."
What it cannot do
It has no view of your audience or the platform's internals, and it will not promise results. It reasons about the data you have recorded, which is why completing shifts honestly matters.
