Working with the schedule

Creating shifts, publishing a week, statuses and how the calendar views work.

The schedule is the backbone of the platform: worked hours, earnings per shift and most analytics come from it.

    Views

The schedule opens on a calendar with a switcher for day, week and month. The same data is also available as a list. Switching the view never changes the underlying period filter.

    Creating a shift

    1. Open Schedule → New shift.
    2. Pick the creator, date and start/end time.
    3. Optionally attach a slot and a room or workstation.
    4. Save. The creator is notified and can confirm.

    Statuses and colours

Every shift has a status, and the calendar uses one consistent colour per status across desktop and mobile. A legend above the calendar explains each colour, so you never have to guess whether a shift is planned, confirmed, in progress, completed or cancelled.

    Editing and cancelling

Open a shift to edit its time, creator or notes. Cancelling keeps the record with a cancelled status instead of deleting it, so history stays honest.

    Who sees what

Studio staff see the whole studio's calendar. A creator sees only their own shifts. Solo accounts get the full management interface for their own schedule.
