Archiving or deleting a creator
Archive keeps everything; delete removes the creator and all of their data. What happens to the seat and to their own account.
Archive or delete
Archive hides the creator from active lists and keeps all of their data — earnings, shifts, members and payouts. You can restore them at any time. An archived creator still takes a model seat.
Delete removes the creator from your studio together with all of their data, and frees the seat. It can't be undone — use it when you no longer work with the creator and don't need their history.
What deletion removes
- earnings, shifts, members (clients) and their payments;
- payouts, platform withdrawals and expenses linked to the creator;
- platform connections, sync history, audience data and Retention Radar alerts;
- AI chats, saved ideas and generated images for the creator.
Your studio's totals for past periods go down by the creator's income. AI credits that were already spent stay in your monthly usage.
How to delete
Open the creator's profile, or the ⋮ menu in Team, and choose Delete. Check what will be removed, type the creator's name to confirm and press Delete permanently. Deletion runs in the background and takes up to a couple of minutes; you'll get a notification when it's done.
If the creator has extra platform add-ons, remove them first in Billing → Add-ons.
The creator's own account
If the creator signs in to Bemetrix with their own login, that login isn't deleted. It becomes an individual (solo) account: they keep access, and to keep working they choose a plan. If they had a workspace of their own before joining your studio, it comes back with its history.
A hidden copy for 30 days
For 30 days after deletion we keep a hidden copy of the deleted data. If you deleted a creator by mistake, contact support as soon as possible.
