Inviting creators

Sending an invite, what the creator receives and how their workspace is scoped.

    Sending the invite

    1. Open Members → Add member.
    2. Enter the creator's name and email.
    3. Choose the creator role and, if you use them, the split configuration.
    4. Send. The invite email contains a link that creates their account.

    What the creator gets

A personal workspace with their own schedule, earnings, payouts and profile. They never see studio-wide totals or another creator's data.

    Platform confirmation

If the creator needs to confirm their platform accounts, the confirmation card in their workspace walks them through it, and you can see the state from their member page.

    Pending invites

An invite that has not been accepted stays visible in the members list with a pending state. You can resend or revoke it.

    Removing a creator

Deactivating a creator keeps their history — completed shifts, transactions and past payouts remain in your reports. Deleting removes them from the roster; export first if you may need the records.
