Your data is yours
The operational data you enter — creators, shifts, transactions, expenses, payouts — belongs to your workspace. We process it to run the product for you.
Access inside the workspace
Access follows roles and is enforced on the server. Creators see their own records only; studio staff see what their role allows.
Protections in place
- Role-based access checks on every data request.
- Optional two-factor authentication, recommended for every privileged account.
- Elevated verification for sensitive account changes.
- Transport encryption for all traffic between your browser and the platform.
Personal data of creators
Profile details such as birthdays or documents are personal data. Collect only what you actually need for your operations, and restrict who in your team can open member profiles.
Deletion
Account deletion is permanent. Request it from support using the owner account. Export anything you need first — see exporting your data.
