Account types explained

Studio, solo creator, creator inside a studio and salesperson — what each account can see and do.

BeMetrix has one login system and several workspace types. The type is chosen during registration and defines the navigation you see after login.

    Studio

A studio workspace manages many people. The owner and admins can add creators, operators and staff, build the schedule, configure splits, run payouts and see studio-wide analytics. Studio dashboards aggregate every creator in the account.

    Solo creator

A solo account is a studio of one. You get the full schedule management interface, finance, expenses, payouts and analytics — but everything is scoped to your own work, and there is no team management overhead.

    Creator inside a studio

A creator invited by a studio gets a personal workspace. They see their own shifts, their own earnings and their own payouts only — never studio-wide totals or other creators' numbers.

    Salesperson

A salesperson workspace is focused on recruiting and deals: leads, candidates and their own performance numbers, with its own notification settings.

    Changing type

Account type is not a setting you flip in profile. If you started as a solo creator and now run a team, contact support and we will help move the account over without losing history.
