Income
Earnings arrive from connected platforms and from what you record when completing a shift. Finance lists every transaction with filters for period and platform.
Expenses
Record your business costs — equipment, internet, props, subscriptions, fees. Without them, the dashboard shows revenue and calls it success.
The numbers to watch
- Earnings per working day — more honest than a monthly total, because it ignores days you chose not to work.
- Earnings per hour — tells you which time blocks are worth keeping.
- Profit — earnings minus expenses, the only number that pays your rent.
Payouts
Withdrawals and payout records work the same as for studio creators, so you always have a history of what came in and when.
Preparing for taxes
Export the period from finance and hand your accountant a file rather than screenshots — see exporting your data.
