Analytics and reports
Reading period reports, comparisons and per-creator performance correctly.
Choosing a period
Every analytics screen starts with a period. Day, week and month are presets; custom ranges are available for anything else. Comparisons are made against the immediately preceding period of the same length.
Core metrics
- Earnings — total income for the period.
- Worked hours — from completed shifts, shown as hours and minutes.
- Average per working day — earnings divided by days actually worked, not calendar days.
- Profit — earnings minus recorded expenses.
Confidence markers
When there are too few logged hours to make an average meaningful, the tile is marked and explains why. Treat a marked value as a hint, not as a KPI, and fix the missing shift completions behind it.
Per creator
Creator profiles carry the same period tools plus that creator's own transaction history, which makes it easy to prepare for a review meeting.
Exporting
Period data can be exported for accounting or deeper analysis in a spreadsheet.
